TrackMania Nations Forever

TrackMania is a series of racing games for PC, Wii and Nintendo DS platforms, developed by the French team Nadeo. In TrackMania, the players can create their own tracks using a "building block" process, apart from racing in already existing tracks. The tracks are of varied types, depending on what it tests - lap races test consistency, stunt tracks test precision and handling, and normal races test how fast you can complete the race.

My Fav Games : Assassin's Creed (2007)

Assasins Creed is a historical sci-fi third person game, the first in a series of games developed by Ubisoft Montreal. The game first caught my attention when I saw its pre-rendered in-game video on YouTube.

The awesome gameplay combining combat and stealth, supported by amazing graphics (as per 2007 game engines) and an amazing storyline truly merits this game as one of the best in our era. The game is available for PC, PlayStation3 and Xbox360 consoles.

The Plot

The game is set in the year 2012, where the world is filled with chaos and destruction. Amidst the chaos, a mega corporation called Abstergo has devised plans to seize control over the minds and will of every person on Earth. To perform this task, they need to find powerful artifacts called 'Pieces of Eden'.

The Third World War - A Tribute to Bombay

A tribute to all those who were killed in the Bombay encounters. We salute the spirit of the city, and its daredevilry in combatting terrorism.

It was a beautiful winter morning, to enjoy the sunset at the beach,
On one side, the modern city, and on the other, nature’s beauty.
Among those enjoying, was a child, making sandcastles; his brother with him to teach,
And then, in moments, the scenario changed, and turned into calamity….

Blasts and smoke filled the air as buildings were bombarded,
People running everywhere, as if in frenzy… as if mentally retarded…
Houses collapsed, one after the other, crumbling into pieces and dust,
The city was in mayhem, due to some inhuman people who were dying of blood thirst….

The child was laughing at the scene, but he’s small, what can he understand?
To him, the people’s cries were like a song he wanted encore….
But then, he spotted tears in his brother’s eyes. He asked, “What happened?”
Amid tears of pain and agony, he said, “Our parents are no more…”

A little while later, the firing stopped. Police and army men came.
They were men with real guns and bombs, whose tales their mother had told
They fired at people firing at them, and helped all those injured lame…
Both brothers were scared, seeing no hope of life, but still remained bold.

They were scared to move around, fearing that they might lose their life,
Searched desperately for help, but in vain, so they decided to hide.
As they walked through the city’s ruins and debris, amid strife,
Tears filled their eyes as they rummaged their way, without any guide.

The Balloon Travels Pvt. Ltd.

He was a balloon, big, bright and red and round,
With a hot belly. A piece of whom, I, one day, found.
He had a small carrier, fit for four, from where,
One could see far and wide, here and there.

A small piece, burnt and torn,
That told tales of his travel,
To places far and wide,
Over oceans, deserts, gravel.

Made in India, by a big rubber factory,
He had fallen while being transported in a lorry.
Then came into the hands of a poor child,
Who had, till then, lived in the wild.

He used him to earn his daily bread,
Till, one day, alas, some thieves tread
At his stall, and pulled the ropes free,
And the balloon flew…Weeeeee!
